If you've followed my blog then you will by now know that I am feeling a bit abandoned by all my designers. Well in a few moments I have tried to come up with a plan to attack these feelings of despair.
Here's the plan people: We are going to vintage shop like crazy!
I know you are wondering where to do such a thing and actually find what you want but don't worry because Mandi knows all!
- Log on to http://www.ebay.com/
- In the search bar type in a designer of your choice such as Valentino, Gucci, Emilio Pucci, Fendi, Louis Vuitton, Alexander McQueen, Salvatore Ferragamo, Dior, Louboutin, Balenciaga, YSL etc.
- In the categories section select vintage
- Set the price bar to lowest price first
- Scrounge to see what you can find!
Most likely on a good day I will find two or three vintage Fendi bags in perfect condition. On a bad day I will find only one pair of Louboutins I can even afford with a broken heel. The biggest part of shopping on this site is to read every detail. Do not assume that the product is real unless it says 100% authentic and do not buy if the shipping is insanely high.
WARNING!!!--THIS SITE IS HIGHLY EXTREMELY ADDICTIVE AND YOU WILL WANT TO BUY EVERY DESIGNER ITEM YOU SEE.... remember you can't buy it all in one sitting because then what will you buy tomorrow or next week even :)
